CDSS Lab has incited our Vice chairman – Dr Jacky Ting, to share the latest and recent trend of digital solutions for future of stores.

Centre of Design Services and Solutions(CDSS) is one of the Knowledge Centres at the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI), established in 2019. It is comprised of Big Data Analytics, E-Commerce, Design Incubation, and Technology-Driven In-Store Experience, and is missioned to serve as a knowledge exchange hub for academics and retailers locally, regionally and internationlly. It aims to synergize the latest developments, innovative ideas, and best practices, with a vision to build business strategies and design solutions for future challenges.
